Mobile Technologies in the Library

Point Park University Library is now offering new ways for you to search the catalog, find articles, and view online content---with your phone!

Smartphones, which consist of phones with the ability to browse the Internet, can be used both inside and outside of the library to help you find books, articles, and course information.

Check out the following pages for more information on Point Park's mobile technologies:

QR Codes: This page will help you download a QR Code reader and will tell you how to scan the codes to access mobile library content.

Research Guides Mobile: This page will explain how to access the mobile versions of Research Guides for your courses.

PointCat Mobile: This page will show you how to access PointCat Mobile on your phone and show you the features of the library's mobile catalog.

Academic Search Mobile: This page will show you how to access a mobile version of the Ebsco database Academic Search Complete on your phone.

Lexis Nexis Mobile: This page will show you how to access a mobile version of the Lexis Nexis database on your phone.
